Our approach to returns
We want you to love what you receive from allerleigerei. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
Your right to change your mind
Under EU consumer protection law, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and return items for a refund — no questions asked. This is your legal right as a consumer.
To exercise this right, simply email us at hanna@allerleigerei.be within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll send you return instructions.
What can be returned?
Standard items like candles, crystals, books, tools, and pre-made products can be returned within 14 days if:
- They’re unused and in original condition
- All packaging and tags are intact
- You have your proof of purchase
Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. This includes:
- Custom clothing or items made to your specifications
- Personalized orders
- Bespoke items
- Any item made specifically for you
This exception is permitted under EU law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)) as these items are made to your personal requirements.
Workshop tickets can be transferred to another person or rescheduled up to 48 hours before the workshop start time. After that, they cannot be refunded as we’ve reserved your spot and prepared materials.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or we sent you the wrong thing (in which case we’ll cover all costs and make it right immediately).
We recommend using tracked shipping for returns so you can confirm when it reaches us. Keep your tracking number until we’ve processed your refund.
How to return something
- Email us at hanna@allerleigerei.be within 14 days of receiving your order
- Let us know what you’d like to return and why (this helps us improve)
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Send it back to:

5. Keep your tracking number and email it to us
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm everything’s in order, we’ll process your refund within 14 days. You’ll receive it through the same payment method you used for the original purchase if possible.
If you used a discount code on your order, the refund will reflect the discounted price you actually paid.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged or isn’t as described, we’ll make it right. Please:
- Email us photos within 7 days of receiving the item
- Keep all packaging
- Don’t return it until we’ve been in touch
We’ll either send a replacement, offer a full refund, or work out another solution that feels right. Return shipping will be fully covered by us in these cases.
Workshop cancellations by us
If we need to cancel a workshop, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date. We’ll let you know as soon as possible if this happens.
